Greenlight HR Training Solutions provides highly personalized interview preparation led from the perspective of an experienced hiring manager. Coaching is tailored to the individual, the target role, the organization, and the specific interview ahead—never delivered as a generic list of interview tips.
Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy We want every client to feel confident in their investment. The terms below outline how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled across our Services. 1. Individual Services (Career Coaching, Interview Preparation, Certification Prep) ● Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 6 hours notice at no additional charge. ● Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may [be subject to a cancellation fee / not be eligible for a refund] ● No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or make-up session. ● If you are unsatisfied with a session, contact us within 24hours so we can discuss next steps. 2. Resume Writing Services ● A deposit or full payment is required before work begins, as specified at booking. ● Once a first draft has been delivered, the engagement is considered substantially fulfilled, and fees become non-refundable. ● Revisions are included as outlined in your service package. Requests for revisions beyond the included scope may incur an additional fee. ● Refund requests made before any draft has been delivered may be considered on a case-by-case basis. 3. Certification, Career, and Interview Packages ● Multi-session packages are refundable on a prorated basis for sessions not yet completed, provided a cancellation request is submitted in writing to us. ● Diagnostic assessments and any completed sessions are non-refundable once delivered. 4. Corporate Training Engagements ● Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for organizational training are outlined in the signed proposal or Statement of Work for that engagement, as scope, materials, and scheduling vary by client. ● Deposits paid to reserve training dates are generally non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 1 days of the scheduled session, due to preparation and material costs already incurred. 5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation To request a cancellation, rescheduling, or refund, please contact us at info@greenlighthrtrainingsolutions.net with your name, service purchased, and reason for the request. We will respond within our working business days. 6. Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen.
